1. Returns Eligibility
Timeframe: You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are excluded from returns:
Clearance Items: Products marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging or tags.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Customers are required to contact us to open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Email us at returns@astko.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
3. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, a partial refund will be issued for the returned items only.
4. Exchanges
Eligibility: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at returns@astko.com to confirm availability. Note that clearance items are excluded from exchanges.
Process: Follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at care@astko.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
Resolution: We will either send a replacement product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged or defective item.
6. Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at care@astko.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you may return it following the standard return process outlined above.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Returns and Refunds Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
