Duration: Astko products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:
    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
    • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or resellers.
    • Clearance or final sale items (unless otherwise stated).

2. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
  • Contact Us: If you believe your product is defective, contact us at care@astko.com within the warranty period. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).
  • Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and determine if it falls under the warranty coverage. We may request additional information or ask you to return the product for inspection.
  • Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either repair, replace, or refund the defective product at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by Astko.

3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by:

    • Exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other environmental factors.
    • Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless they are defective upon receipt.

Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required to validate the warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability
  • General: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astko’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product.
